2004年

2004年,吕土良先生自主研发的自动焊接炉试验成功并投入使用。这也是业内少有的立体暖气片自动焊接设备

2006年,企业完成研发、销售及管理成套系统。当年对外贸易额突破4000万元,涉猎英国、法国、德国、意大利、西班牙、希腊等欧洲13国。

2010年,企业正式更名为“浙江森拉特暖通设备有限公司”。10月,森拉特品牌被评选为中国散热器行业十大品牌,吕土良先生获得2010中国企业形象设计突出贡献人物奖。 2010年销售总额逾1亿元。

2012年

2012年,“北京暖通展会上“云端的力量”主题展为森拉特迎来了新的里程。同年,“森拉特”荣获“中国采暖散热器行业知名品牌”。
